Cecil Harrison is the Director of Business Process Analysis at Junior Achievement USA in Colorado Springs, CO. He started in officiating career in 1991 in Ohio and has officiated in Colorado since 1995. Cecil joined the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) in 2004 as a Back Judge and has been selected for the NCAA Division II playoffs 5 times.
